Katie Britt, born Katie Elizabeth Boyd on February 2, 1982, in Enterprise, Alabama, is the daughter of Julian and Debra Boyd.
She grew up working at her family’s business near Fort Novosel in Dale County, where her father operated a hardware store and boat dealership, and her mother owned a dance studio. Britt graduated as valedictorian and cheerleader from Enterprise High School in 2000.
