Early Life & College Career
Braxton Berrios was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, U.S., on October 6, 1995. He will be 28 years old in October 2024. His parents are Rico Berrios and Lee Berrios. His parents have been divorced since 2002.

In the 2018 NFL draft, Berrios was selected by the New England Patriots in the 6th round with the 210th overall pick. However, he suffered an injury early in the season and was placed on the team’s injury reserve on September 1, 2018.
Although Berrios never player in a game, the team awarded him a Super Bowl ring after its victory over the LA Rams in Super Bowl LIII. On August 30, 2019, he was waived during final roster cuts.
New York Jets
On September 1, 2019, the New York Jets claimed off waivers Berrios. He returned 21 punts, four kicks, and six pass receptions in limited action. In Week 7 of the 2021 season, he scored a receiving touchdown against the Cincinnati Bengals.
In Week 16, Berrios returned a kickoff for a touchdown against the Jacksonville Jaguars, earning him AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors. In addition to his 46 catches for 431 yards and two touchdowns, he also rushed for 40 yards and two touchdowns.
