Mark-Paul Gosselaar was born on 1 March 1974, in Panorama City, Los Angeles, to Paula, a homemaker and KLM hostess, and Hans Gosselaar, a plant supervisor for Anheuser-Busch. He is the youngest of four children and the only one not born in the Netherlands.
